The programme for the twenty-fifth International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival has been announced. It will run from 30 July – 5 August 2018 in Buxton, and from 8 – 27 August in Harrogate. The National Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company will be presenting Trial by Jury and H.M.S. Pinafore (4 Aug m&e, 12 Aug m&e, 19 Aug m, 25 Aug m&e); The Pirates of Penzance (31 Jul, 5 Aug, 15 Aug m&e, 19 Aug, 27 Aug); Iolanthe (18 Aug m&e, 26 Aug m), Ruddigore (1 Aug m&e, 5 Aug m, 11 Aug m&e, 27 Aug (m); Haddon Hall (2 Aug, 17 Aug). This will be the first professional revival of Haddon Hall since 1899. Further details later.
