Illyria presents The Pirates of Penzance: Provisional dates of a summer tour have been announced. There are 45 performances between 3 July and 10 September, of which ten are, appropriately, at venues in Cornwall – including six at the spectacular Minack Theatre near Porthcurno, as rocky a seashore on the coast of Cornwall as ever played host to a gaggle of singing pirates. July 17-22. There are also seven dates in Scotland (August 4-12) and the rest are spread over England. Just one in Wales. There are some gaps in the schedule, and more dates may be added.
