DAVID EDEN AWARD

The trustees of the Sir Arthur Sullivan Society will be inviting applications for the first David Eden Award in due course.
The award is named after David Eden, a founder member of the Sir Arthur Sullivan Society, who for many years served on the Committee in the rôles of Chairman, Treasurer and for many years edited the Society’s magazine. David also extensively researched Sullivan’s life, family and works resulting in numerous books and articles. It is for this reason that an annual award has been named in his honour to assist postgraduate students researching the life and music of Sir Arthur Sullivan.
